Jackie is amazing! Her understanding of dogs and their behaviours is excellent. Her patience with anxious dogs is wonderful. I was lucky to win a free massage for my baby. She met my 11yo Koolie, Alfie, for the first time yesterday, and he was quite anxious for most of her visit but tolerated massage in short bursts. Towards the end he relaxed and totally surrendered to her touch, falling asleep while she was working her magic 😊 She somehow managed to release something so he no longer limps when he walks! I'm so very grateful to Jackie for the opportunity and will definitely book Alfie in again soon! Highly recommend her services to anyone with a dog - any size, any age.

Jackie gave Frankie a massage yesterday and I was amazed at how relaxed Frankie was. She also gave me some valuable information on diet nutrition for her.

I was faced with an incredibly sick 4 month old puppy who had constant diarrhoea despite my best efforts to get it under control. So much so that it affected her ability to digest nutrients properly and broke out on her skin. I was so stressed and didn't know which way to turn. Jackie provided nutritional consults and full reports for both my Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Even though that was years ago, and some things have changed, I keep Jackie's original doggy diet advice stuck to my fridge for reference. Functional Canine set up raw feeding guidelines for my dogs a little while ago now and we used these for a long time before going to pre made raw (due to time restrictions in my new job). They were detailed plans and really helped me to get a grasp on balanced raw feeding. In addition I have seen Jackie with one of my dogs for a rather urgent massage, she was so accommodating and helpful and has a very calming influence on the dogs Jackie loves dogs and this comes across in the running of her business
