At Functional Canine, we create high-quality digital programs, content, and physical products designed to support the wellbeing and enrichment of your dog. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Because many of our offerings involve custom content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the nature of digital goods and personalised programs, refunds are only available if:
there is a major fault or failure that prevents reasonable use of the product; or
we are unable to deliver the content you have purchased.
Where physical products are sold:
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the issue.
We will review your claim and, when eligible, provide a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Return postage may be required depending on the situation.
Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless faulty).
